How do we sustain the community growth? Well we have to take care of the first thing first. With this conjuncture we are working hard at taking care of cash flow. Some sacrifices have to be made and difficult decisions to be taken.

First thing first: Cash flow

For the past two years Claudia and Fabrice have been dedicated to Peer Momentum.

However as reserves are dwindling, Claudia has taken a full time position with the Alameda County Office of Education, and Fabrice is looking for a software project management position (if you know of any opportunities, please send them our way). This effort takes us away from our total dedication to the site.

We made the choice that during this time we'll play less of a content driving role.

We trust that the community will continue to strive and provide content for itself. Like any member we will continue to bring your way relevant content from time to time. However we believe that you will step up and bring your content as well. As always we are here to facilitate the process. The ball is in your court.

Long term solution

We realize that this strategy is only a stop gap solution. What we really need is significant financial investment. Peer Momentum respond to strong need and can become a very successful business venture.
We are taking the necessary measures to represent Peer Momentum as an attractive investment opportunity to potential investors. We are doing our do diligence, creating a strong business plan, and defining a powerful marketing plan.
