Marina Spence is the founder of The Pink Edge, a company that empowers women in career changes. Having changed careers from social worker to Wall Street project manager to author/trainer/mentor, Marina understands the stress that naturally accompanies change – and created a system to manage it.
Marina’s first career change, from social work to software, took eight long years; she made every mistake possible. Years later, when she considered leaving software to follow a new dream, she learned from her mistakes. Marina created the Stress-Free Career Change System™ to help other women avoid the stress and mess of a career change. She tested the steps while managing projects for aggressive, fast-paced Wall Street firms – figuring that if it worked there, it would work anywhere.
In addition to her real-world knowledge, Marina brings to her clients over 25 years experience practicing the #1 stress-buster, meditation. Her writings, trainings and mentoring all focus on discovering and acting from the power of one’s own inner self.
Marina’s book, Make Every Day a Friday!, will be released summer 2008.
