Peer Momentum is growing fast, and we have reached a point where we have become the bottleneck for its deployment. To support our growth we need to start outsourcing big chunks of our work. Here are few job descriptions that we need to fill.

These are unique opportunities as we believe that in the coming years Peer Momentum is going to experience exponential growth. Without any advertising and limited added value we already have built a community of 1,500 members. Imagine what will happen when we launch our next phase of development.

Please contact us with any referrals and feedback. We will give a $50 referral check per signed contract lead you provide (even if you refer yourself!).

General profile

Here are characteristics that we will be looking for all candidates. Specifics are outlined with each job description.

We are comfortable with telecommute and to working over the phone as long as the candidate is self reliant and self motivated. Candidates need to be passionate about personal/business growth and understand what the community is about.

We are a young growing organization that needs to constantly reinvent itself and leverage to its maximum all its resources. Coming early on in this project is potentially an amazing opportunity and a bet on the future. People searching for stability and comfort need not to apply.

Like Michael Gerber explains in the E-Myth we believe in the importance of systemizing the business. However we are still discovering ourselves, we have fired, now we are aiming and working on establishing systems. Whichever position you are applying for part of your contribution will be to suggest, test, document, and implement systems.

At this point Peer Momentum is looking for contracting agreements only. Peer Momentum is not yet ready for W2 employment and doesn't have the infrastructure to provide for equipment. We are open to proposals based on profit sharing, aggressive commission plan, joint ventures and other creative agreements. In the spirit of Peer Momentum we want the agreement to be beneficial to both the contractor, and to the Peer Momentum community.

As any good contractor Peer Momentum expects you to be able to be precise and give accurate estimates on your work. Our goal of outsourcing our work is to free our time to focus our time and energy in developing value for the community.

The best way to contact us about any of this position is by email: host [at] peermomentum [dot] com (scambled to avoid spamer).

At first the successful candidate might need to wear the multiple hats of writer, copy writer and editor.

The chief editor can be at the head of an organization that will outsource all editorial work. This type of outsource work is comfortable with Peer Momentum as long as the Chief Editor remains the point of contact and remains fully accountable for delivery.

The successful candidate will be an expert in wrtting for DIGITAL media and will be comfortable with working with HTML.
