Andrée has over 20 years experience in the Training and Professional Development industry including 5 years hands-on Training and Facilitation coupled with extensive sales experience as Senior Executive of an NYSE- listed training company responsible for 88 staff and USD $86M in revenues. Today she is currently developing Eastern Canadian market for proprietary, high-performance writing and documentation methodologies.

As a key member of the senior management team she has significantly contributed to the growth of an international multi million dollar training company both in the US and in Canada. As a certified trainer, Andrée as trained over 500 executives and managers on topics such Exceptional Management Skills, Presentation Skills, Stress Management, Value Based Priority Management and Foundations of Leadership.

Andrée has a Bachelor of Arts Adult Education and a Master Coaching Certification from the Integrative Coaching Institute.
